Questo Storch, catturato in Nord Africa, divenne l’aereo personale dl Harry "Broady" Broadhurst, Air Vice Marshal (Comandante della Western Desert Air Force, Allied Air Forces North Africa). Nel 1944, in Gran Bretagna, Broadhurst assunse il comando dell’83° Gruppo nella 2nd Tactical Air Force in preparazione dell’imminente invasione della Francia e continuò a impiegare l’aereo fino a quando un incidente di volo non lo rese inutilizzabile.

This Storch captured in North Africa became the personal aircraft of RAF Air Vice Marshal Harry "Broady" Broadhurst (Commanding Officer Western Desert Air Force, Allied Air Forces North Africa). In 1944 Broadhurst commanded the 83 Group in 2nd Tactical Air Force in the UK in preparation for the oncoming invasion in France, and this Storch was shipped to the UK.

Later the plane was destroyed after an engine failure.
